From May 10 to 12, 2020, the certification team of Shanghai Enke Certification Co., Ltd. conducted an IATF16949 certification audit on our company. After the joint efforts and cooperation of all colleagues, our company has successfully passed the IATF16949 quality management system certification. The relevant contents of the IATF16949 quality management system are introduced as follows:
1. What is the IATF16949 quality management system?
The full name of IATF16949 is “Quality Management System-Organization and Implementation of ISO9001 Special Requirements for Production Parts and Related Service Parts in the Automobile Industry”, and the English name is IATF16949. IATF16949 is a technical specification for the international automotive industry. It is based on ISO9001 and adds the technical specifications of the automotive industry. This specification is completely consistent with ISO9001:2015, but it focuses more on defect prevention and reducing quality fluctuations and waste that are easy to occur in the automotive parts supply chain.
