The open-cell EPDM foam is strictly controlled through the calendering cooling, aging and static, re-refining of the raw materials, and then extrusion into sheets with high density and aging and static, and then vulcanization, foaming, aging and static, and safe cycle storage process of the mold to ensure the quality of the finished EPDM closed-cell series foaming raw bed. It has high strength and impact resistance; shock absorption to reduce vibration and noise; heat insulation and heat preservation. The foaming raw bed can be cut and processed to provide sheets with different thickness specifications from 2mm to 50mm . The raw bed can be made into functional products with different needs through various processes such as coating, back glue, slitting, die cutting, and compounding.
