The crusted closed-cell EPDM foam is strictly controlled through the calendering cooling, aging and static, re-refining, high-density extrusion into sheets, aging and static, and mold vulcanization, foaming, aging and static, and safe cycle storage process to ensure the quality of the finished EPDM closed-cell series foaming bed. It has high strength and impact resistance; shock absorption to reduce vibration and noise; heat insulation and heat preservation. The foamed bed is cut and processed. The bed can be made into functional products with different needs through various processes such as coating, back glue, slitting, die cutting, and compounding.
