The size of traditional closed-cell EPDM is 1M*2M . When the length of the finished product is greater than 0.7M (such as the 1.3M , 1.55M and other lengths commonly used in automobiles), the material waste is extremely large; when the length of the finished product is greater than 2M (such as the 3M , 4M and other lengths commonly used in automobiles ), the material will inevitably have joints, and the risk of joint cracking is greater than that of materials without joints, affecting the sealing and buffering functions of EPDM during use. To solve the above problems, our company mass-produces closed-cell EPDM with a length of more than 2M and less than 5M (the length can be customized) , which can meet the application of closed-cell EPDM in any size in various fields, maximize utilization, and almost no loss.
