In recent years, Yibao has been talking and communicating with customers, requiring high performance in rubber and hoping to incorporate environmentally friendly processes in rubber production. USDA-certified bio-based sponge YIBAO NR·BIO reduces carbon footprint by 52%, with 52% of the carbon coming from renewable resources.
YIBAO NR·BIO is a range of selected rubber sponges, labeled according to their hardness, density, tensile and tear properties, rubber content and variations in ASTM testing. Polymer sponge YIBAO NR·BIO is made from green natural resources, using eco-renewable rubber, tea stems and vegetable oils, and recycled shellfish shells. From raw material preparation, manufacturing to final delivery, the carbon footprint is reduced by 52%. In addition, according to ASTM-D6866, 52% of the carbon comes from renewable resources.
